Our rebrand: RBLI becomes RBVE

Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) has changed its name and visual identity to become Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE), marking a bold new chapter in our century-long mission to support veterans and people with disabilities by creating jobs, providing homes, and building communities.

We have rebranded to serve better

Since 1919, Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) has proudly created jobs, delivered safe housing, and built thriving communities for veterans and people with disabilities.

Our new name reflects that mission with clarity, helping supporters see exactly where their donations go, and ensuring veterans know the support available to them.

What RBVE Does

Creates Jobs

Employment is transformative, creating confidence, independence, and stability.

RBVE supports veterans and people with disabilities into meaningful work through programmes like Lifeworks and our social enterprise factories, helping them rebuild their lives and move towards independent living.

Across our employment services and manufacturing facilities, we create opportunities that deliver real social value and long-term impact.

Provides Homes

A secure, high-quality home is the foundation for recovery and independence.

RBVE supports more than 340 veterans and their families, providing a pathway from emergency accommodation to independent living, with dedicated supported homes for those who need extra care.

Our homes are purpose-built, thoughtfully designed, and embedded within a supportive community.

Builds Communities

Every RBVE community combines tailored support, meaningful work, and spaces that bring people together, from gyms and learning suites to green spaces and cafés.

In our workplaces, veterans and people with disabilities find not just employment, but camaraderie, confidence, and renewed purpose, built on mutual respect and shared achievement.

RBVE’s care is personalised, from crisis support to domiciliary care, ensuring everyone gets the right help at the right time.

A Clearer Future

This is RBVE, Royal British Veterans Enterprise. A name that makes the mission clear: empowering Britain’s bravest by creating jobs, providing homes, and building communities.

The change also comes amid a landmark £45 million investment into RBVE’s frontline services, further demonstrating our commitment to changing the lives of veterans across the UK. This includes:

  • A new Kent-based manufacturing facility, creating hundreds of new job and training opportunities
  • 100 new homes for veterans and their families through the Centenary Village expansion, due for completion in 2027
  • A new community centre, gym, café, and digital learning suite to support wellbeing and connection
