Empowering Veterans Through Employment in UK Manufacturing
Royal British Veteran Enterprise (RBVE) operates one of the UK’s largest and most established social enterprise manufacturing networks. More than 70% of our workforce are veterans, disabled, or both.

At RBVE, every contract we deliver directly supports our charitable mission to create meaningful, paid job opportunities for military veterans and people with disabilities. We know that employment is the key to independence, and it’s why we focus on helping people overcome barriers to work, rebuild confidence, and develop the skills needed to sustain a career in UK manufacturing.

Through RBVE manufacturing arms – Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (BBMC) and Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (SBMC) – we deliver high-quality signage, print, and manufacturing solutions to major infrastructure, construction, defence, and public and private sector clients across the UK.

Our Factories
New Factory – Opening 2027
We have secured planning permission for an ambitious expansion of our Kent factory, which will create hundreds of new jobs and training opportunities for military veterans and people with disabilities.
This bold new site represents the new generation of RBVE manufacturing and is a place to scale our impact, strengthen our capability, and open the door to long-term, supportive employment for even more people.
The new facility will enable us to:
- Provide dedicated training and skills development spaces for staff
- Expand signage and digital print production
- Support major national infrastructure programmes at scale
- Increase operational efficiency
