What we do

We deliver direct services that create long-term stability: jobs, homes, and community. Whether someone has just left the Armed Forces with an injury or is rebuilding their life after a crisis, we meet them where they are, with compassion and expertise.

Lifeworks

Lifeworks is RBVE’s award-winning employability programme, designed and delivered by veterans for veterans and their families. Our programme, delivered across the UK, provides practical support to help people move into work, training, or volunteering.

The programme is free and open to all veterans, those preparing to leave the Armed Forces, and their families. It focuses on real-world outcomes, offering career coaching, CV writing, interview preparation, and personal development sessions.

Delivered by experienced veterans, Lifeworks understands the challenges of transitioning to civilian life. We’re proud that over 80% of participants move into employment, training, or volunteering within 12 months.

Lifeworks also helps family members, recognising that career changes impact the whole household.
